Planning guide

Pick the entrance or service you want customers to identify. Put that goal in the brief, then mark the customer approach and the point where more detailed directions should appear.

What to put in your brief

Choose the service to identify

A dine-in entrance, pickup point and drive-through serve different routes. Tell the supplier which one matters for this campaign and what the viewer should do next.

Show how the message fits with existing signs

Provide a current photo or sketch showing the approach, property signs and proposed display position. Leave menu details and offer terms for signs customers can read at the right point.

Confirm the format with the actual site

The supplier’s guide distinguishes tethered helium balloons from continuous-blower inflatables. Ask which format could fit the reviewed location and how the team should coordinate delivery and operation.
